Getting Your Test Results

If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.

Once a doctor has reviewed your test results;

  • You can view them in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App).
  • Contact us online  using our online consultation service to have the results sent to you.
  • Phone or visit us between 10am to 4pm and we will tell you what the results are.

Urine Specimens

We can only accept a urine sample if it has been requested by a clinician. All specimens need to be handed in to 3W Health by 12.00 pm. Any urine samples that have NOT been requested by a Doctor or Nurse will NOT be processed and will be discarded.
