If you live within our catchment area you are welcome to register at our practice, and our reception staff will be happy to assist you.
Medical treatment is available from the date of registration.
All patients have a named, accountable GP who is responsible for their overall care however, patients are entitled to book an appointment with any GP or nurse in the practice. Every patient has the right to state their preferred doctor within the practice, and whilst we will endeavour to comply with any reasonable request, this might not always be possible.
We are using a new online service called Register with a GP surgery that makes it easy to register with this GP surgery.
Just fill in this quick online form to start the process. You do not need proof of address or immigration status, ID or an NHS number.
The service is designed and run by the NHS, so your personal information is safe. It cuts our administrative workload and makes it easier for you to register.
NB. The online registration service is for regular patients only. If you would like to register as a temporary patient please follow the instructions further down this page.
A paper form is available here if you need.
These can be brought to the surgery along with a recent utility bill as proof of your address, together with one form of photographic identification, e.g. passport or driving licence, as proof of your identity. If you do not have access to a printer, please speak to a member of our reception team.
A GP surgery can refuse to register you because:
You can contact any GP surgery if you need treatment and:
You might need to register as a temporary resident or permanent patient if you need treatment for more than 14 days.
You can register as a temporary patient for up to 3 months. You’ll still be registered with your usual GP surgery if you have one.
If you are homeless or of no fixed abode, but reside within the practice boundary, then you can still register with us. Please see this helpful NHS leaflet for guidance.
