Oving Road will be closed for 3 Days. ALTERNATIVE ROUTE FOR AFFECTED USERS Marston Road, Winslow Road, Horn Street, Sheep Street, Aylesbury Road, Hurdlesgrove Hill, Buckingham Road, Oving Road and vice versa. Please allow more time to get to your appointment as you will need to go the long way round.

Complaints

The partners and staff of 3W Health acknowledge the difficulties in getting timely access to our services. GP practices have huge challenges of unprecedented patient demand alongside a decrease in resources and a shortage of clinicians.

We are aware of the difficulties patients are having accessing the healthcare they need.   To improve the service, we are actively recruiting doctors, nurses and support staff and looking at better ways of managing patient access.  We want to give patients more ability to book online, offer online consultations and use clinicians to filter patient calls so that patients are guided to the right solution at their first point of contact.

Whilst working on solutions, we are having to ration our resources to ensure the sickest are prioritised.  We acknowledge we don’t always get it right and we are sorry if this is your experience.
