We would love to hear from you if something has gone well, and we hope that you are never given cause to complain. We appreciate feedback from our patients to help us improve the services we provide.
Your feedback is important in making sure that we provide the best service we can. If you wish to make a complaint, or you have a concern about the service you have received from the Doctors or any of our staff, please let us know here
On behalf of the doctors, nurses and staff of 3W Health, we acknowledge the current difficulties in getting timely access to medical services. GP practices are facing extraordinary challenges including unprecedented patient demand alongside a significant decrease in resources and a national shortage of clinicians. This has inevitably led to difficulties in patients being able to access the health care they require. We are very aware of this and wish to improve the service we offer.
We are actively recruiting for more doctors, nurses and support staff and are looking at better ways of managing patient access. We want to give patients greater ability to book online, offer online consultations and use skilled clinicians to triage calls so that patients with the greatest health needs are guided to right solution at their first point of contact.
In the meantime, we are in the position of having to ration our finite resources to ensure the sickest are prioritised. We don’t always get it right and we are sorry if this is your experience.
We also welcome any constructive suggestions that you might have about the practice, please follow this link to our ‘Comments and Suggestions form’ or write to our Operations Manager.
