Coming Soon: Improvements to Our Appointment System

From Wednesday 1st October, we will be introducing a new all-day online contact system.
This will be available Monday to Friday, 7:45am – 6:00pm and will be the best way to contact us.

Why are we making this change?

We’ve listened to your feedback. We know that getting appointments and booking online matters. At present, appointments are often given out on a first-come, first-served basis, which can lead to long phone queues and all slots being filled early in the day.

Our new system is designed to make it easier and fairer for patients to access care throughout the day.

What do you need to do?

We’ll be sharing more information about how the new system will work over the coming weeks. In the meantime, we encourage all patients to download the NHS App, which will be an important part of the new process.
