Step-By-Step Guide to Order a Repeat Prescription Online

When you have registered with Online Services you will be able to order your repeat prescriptions online. This means you can order your medicine when you need it without having to see a GP until your next medicine review.

Please follow the steps below;

• Log on to your online medical app, or use the contact us tab below.

• Click on Admin Query

• Confirm this is not an emergency. Please follow the instructions and confirm none of these are present. Please call 999 or go to A&E if you or someone has any of the problems listed.

• Select an Option – Repeat Prescription

• Name of medications

  List each medication, including the strength you are requesting (e.g. Paracetamol 500mg).

• Continue

• Confirm if the request is for you or someone else

• Your details 

Fill the required boxes with your details, stating if you would prefer a text or phone call

• Review request before submitting

If you notice you have missed something, use the back button. If you are happy SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST

We will review your request within 4 working days, so please allow plenty of time.
