Making an Appointment

You should be able to book or change an appointment

• By phone – if the surgery is closed, a recorded message will tell you who to contact.
• In person, by going into the surgery and talking to the receptionist

Cancelling an appointment

If you are unable to make your appointment, please let one of our reception team know as soon as possible so the appointment can be offered to another patient.

Other services that might be able to help

• A local pharmacy can give advice and treatment for minor conditions that do not need a prescription
• Call 111 if you have an urgent medical problem, but you’re not sure what to do.
• Visit 111.nhs.uk for urgent medical advice for people aged 5 and over only.

You do not have to make an appointment or register for these services.
