Using other online services or apps

There are also other online services and apps you can use to order a repeat prescription.

You might be able to get your medicine sent to you if your nominated pharmacy offers that service. Or they might be able to let you know when it’s ready to collect.

By speaking to your GP surgery

You do not need to see a GP to order a repeat prescription. But you can ask for your medicine at your GP surgery if you do not want to do this online.

On the slip is a date for the doctor to review your current medication. You should make an appointment before this date to avoid running out of medication.

A repeat prescription can be ordered in any of the following ways:

• In Person                 at any of our 3 surgeries
• Via Email to             Whitchurch  Wing or Winslow

PLEASE NOTE:  Telephone requests will ONLY be accepted from the house bound, and these must be agreed with the Dispensary Manager.

In accordance with Buckinghamshire Prescribing Policy, ALL repeat prescriptions are for 1 month supply only.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO ALLOW 4 WORKING DAYS FOR ALL OF THE ABOVE.
