Covid Pass Information

You can get a digital NHS COVID Pass online or by using the NHS App.

You can download your NHS COVID Pass, print it, have it sent to you in an email or show it on your smartphone if you have one.

To get your NHS COVID Pass online or through the NHS App, you’ll be asked to create an NHS login if you do not have one already.

You can also request an NHS COVID Pass online to be emailed to you without having to create an NHS login. You can request this for yourself, or a child ages 5 years and over if you are their parent or guardian.

Get an NHS COVID Pass online

You can get your NHS COVID Pass online if you’re aged 12 or over.

You do not need to be registered with a GP.

You do not need a smartphone or to download an app.

Get an NHS COVID Pass by email

You can request an NHS COVID-19 Pass online for yourself or a child (if you are their parent or legal guardian) without having to create an NHS login.

You can get an NHS COVID Pass sent by email immediately if you:

• are 5 years or over
• live in England or the Isle of Man
• have a mobile phone number or email address on your GP record – check with the GP surgery if you’re not sure

NHS Covid Pass in other formats

You can ask for an NHS COVID Pass letter for travel to be sent by post, including for children aged 5 and over if you:

• need information in other formats, for example Braille, audio and big print
• need NHS COVID Pass information in another language – you can get information in other languages about what your NHS Covid Pass letter tells you on GOV.UK
• have no digital access, for example no access to a computer or smartphone, or are requesting on behalf of someone who has no digital access
