Blue Badge Scheme

If you are applying for your first Blue Badge, or reapplying for a new one, you will need to include some information and documents.

Your Blue Badge may be held up if you don’t send the right things, so please check before making your application.

The things you need to send are:

• Photograph
• Proof of Identity
• Proof of Address
• Proof you are eligible for a Blue Badge
